One Talk success process.
Our One Talk setup process is proven to set customers up for success. Having launched One Talk with thousands of customers, we have found this process generates the least friction and highest customer satisfaction. We are transparent, set expectations early, and communicate often.
1. Orders placed
An order is placed with Verizon for desk phones or mobile client line. An order is also placed to bring over any existing numbers over to Verizon. These numbers are generally ported over as Hunt Groups so they can be most easily used as the customer desires. Because the port process takes around 10 business days, this step should be completed as soon as possible for a smooth cut-over.
2. Lead received
Once we receive the lead information from Verizon, we begin taking action and assigning the customer to a team member.
3. Customer contacted
The assigned Twenty7 Tech team member contacts the customer to begin the implementation process.
We request Verizon My Business account access and set a call flow appointment.
4. Provisioning
Twenty7 Tech team provisions the lines and devices via the One Talk portal according to customer specifications.
5. Devices arrive + training
Devices arrive on-site fully provisioned, ready to be plugged in. This is also the point where training begins.
6. Go live
On the go-live / port date, all devices are plugged in and the customer transitions to using One Talk.
Our team works with the customer on any questions and system tweaks and on-going support and training are provided.
